Body Shaming-Why You Should Be Intermitten Fasting-Blogmas

Oh hey there. I decided to continue my Blogmass tradition and post something every day until the 25th. BE EXCITED! At first, I submitted to the fact that I didn’t have the time this year BUT, then I got mad. You make time for what you want, AND THIS YEAR WE’RE DOING IT ALL DADGUMMIT! We’re a week in and here I am.

BLOGMAS Day #1 🎄

I started Intermitten fasting, that’s basically all you missed for the first week of Christmas. Plus, we got the house decorated, the tree up, the outdoor lights hung with a “no school snow day”, and three snow falls.❄️

(If reading about weight loss or eating habits is triggering or offensive to you please skip through this next part. I write casualy and without much of a filter).

I hate feeling fat as much as I would hate looking it. Even having a quarter inch of fat that I can pull from the side of my stomach I HATE. With my body type, I flucuate up and down 3 pounds. Those three pounds make me feel “pudgy,” so I determined myself to Intermittent fasting.

I completed week one. I’ve done Intermittent fasting before and my mom has done it for years. Turns out I enjoy healthy food more when I’m starving. I’ll eat clean like I’ve always wanted because I’m just happy to eat. I’ve passed the cravings for candy and junk. My skin is enjoying the lack of processed foods too.

I dare you to try it, just for a week. Set up some sort of reward system for yourself, for me, the bliss of putting my lulu leggings on with perfect 11 abs is enough for me. My rewards are just excuses to buy Lulu.

Happy Blogmas bloggy readers. Thanks for reading. I’m so excited to get ready for Christmas and our upcoming year together. Check back tomorrow night. 🙂 💕 Gnight
